This position ensures the proper functioning and availability of anesthesia equipment. This role involves preparing patients for anesthesia and monitoring patient status during procedures. In addition, this position provides post-operative care to patients. Additionally, this role maintains and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Assists anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, transporting, positioning, insertion of intravenous and other invasive lines, and airway management. + Maintains and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment malfunctions. + Ensures necessary equipment and supply inventory remain in stock. + Assists with schedule preparations, including emergent and urgent surgical procedures involving anesthesia. Qualifications **The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualification:** + High School Grad or Equiv Required + Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required **Preferred qualification:** + Associate Preferred + 1 year Work Experience Preferred + Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
