We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help uphold our reputation by overseeing the dining floor, supporting the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily dining floor operations, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
• Lead by example, motivating and guiding front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage guest relations by promptly and professionally resolving any concerns or complaints.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of food and drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards throughout
  the restaurant.
• Handle assigned opening or closing duties.
• Assist with other restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate starting at $25.
