General Manager Bulgaria
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Reporting to : Regional Director

Role Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all operations in Bulgaria, ensuring the alignment of business strategies with company goals. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing financial performance, and leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives in key business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the subsidiary’s strategy in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Manage the financial performance of the subsidiary, including P&L oversight and budgeting.
• Drive profitable growth and ensure market competitiveness through effective marketing and digital investments.
• Lead organizational optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with both local regulations and company standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, leadership, and professional development across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within commercial, marketing, or operations in the dermo-cosmetic or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong financial and strategic planning expertise, including P&L management.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
