Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full-time : HYBRID (Mon Tues & Thurs in office )

Location : Whippany, NJ  

Salary : $68+ Benefits  

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will serve as a facilitator across the creative, design, social, and strategy teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly. This role will coordinate workflows, manage timelines, and maintain visibility across departments to drive engagement through events, branding campaigns, storytelling, and calls to action. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, agile, and able to balance multiple priorities and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support team for all marketing communications from workflow to publishing.
  • Oversee logistics for event registration forms (Jotform) and the distribution of digital communications.
  • Facilitate the creation of content that reflects brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Act as a liaison between creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment.
  • Support reporting processes for websites, newsletters, social media, alerts, and all other communications.
  • Consolidate and analyze performance data across digital channels; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions around optimization, recommending targeted content initiatives for newsletters, emails, and homepage features.
  • Coordinate routine website updates, including new page creation, expired content review, and content approvals.
  • Oversee site quality by flagging and resolving errors, broken links, and outdated information.
  • Facilitate collaboration with SEO tools and teams to optimize website and blog performance.
  • Track project progress and manage distribution workflows across digital platforms.
  • Provide on-site content support for shoots in the NJ/NYC area
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or content coordination.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, social media, analytics, and CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
