Job Title: EDI Implementation Specialist

Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM Pacific Time

Salary: $1,000-1,600/month

We are urgently seeking an EDI Implementation Specialist to take charge of end-to-end integrations between our core systems: SPS Commerce (EDI hub), NetSuite (ERP), and our 3PL/freight partners. This key role is critical to restoring service levels and ensuring timely, accurate order flow and fulfillment, addressing recent EDI challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary lead for managing NetSuite EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across order, shipping, and invoicing processes.
• Implement, optimize, and maintain integrations between SPS Commerce, NetSuite, and 3PL/freight providers.
• Proactively diagnose and resolve EDI errors and failures in real-time to minimize disruptions and restore service levels.
• Collaborate closely with operations, tech, and logistics teams to prioritize and address issues, fixes, and system enhancements.
• Manage comprehensive documentation and mapping specifications for all trading partners.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance system reliability, reduce manual tasks, and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing NetSuite EDI integrations—experience with SPS Commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of 3PL workflows, ASN creation, order fulfillment, and freight integration.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, capable of navigating complex data flows and system dependencies.
• Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, delivering results under pressure.
