Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time) Job Summary Under direction, ensures the academic integrity of standardized testing conditions and security of test materials for exams administered to medical students.
Responsibilities - Set up and verify functionality of digital testing devices and secure exam software
- Monitor exam sessions using technology tools to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to devices, software, and connectivity during exams
- Maintain integrity of electronic test materials and ensure proper submission of responses
- Ensures there is no talking or cheating during examinations
- Prevent or minimize any disturbances to examinees during the examination
Minimum Qualifications Preferences - Experience with digital testing platforms and secure browsers
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on tablets, laptops, and related software
- Familiarity with basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Availability early mornings and afternoons on weekdays
- Ability to troubleshoot issues associated with the Apple iPad and related software
- If already employed with the University of Utah, must be working only 15 hours per week or less
