Job Description

**CTG is seeking to fill a Product Owner position for our client.** **Location:** Houston, TX **Duration:** 11 months **Duties:** + Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define, prioritize, and manage product features and enhancements. + Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to shape product strategy and requirements. + Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. + Drive the creation and delivery of converged, customer-centric digital experiences across multiple platforms, channels, and touchpoints. + Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, development teams, and QA to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. + Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements to optimize the B2B telecom experience. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. + Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements. + Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills. + Experience with digital product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). **Experience:** + Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B or telecom-focused environment. + Experience driving digital product strategy, requirements definition, and feature prioritization. + Track record of successfully delivering customer-centric digital solutions. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
