A-List Models and Talent, a faith-based (diverse and inclusive) fashion and entertainment agency brand, seeks a public relations sales assistant for our short film series and social media content creation divisions. We are looking for someone who is career-oriented, has an entrepreneurial mindset, works well independently and as a team, and wants to grow with us as a company. Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the fashion and modeling industry, client acquisition skills, event/show experience, and be a strong closer.
The position is available immediately.
Compensation and Schedule: This position is primarily based on a percentage of revenue plus per-project pay. Excellent pay structure!
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling , networking, and other lead generation methods. Skills to schedule appointments and interview potential clients. Engage phone prospects in brilliant, consultative dialogues. We are scheduling and implementing promotional events—for example Fashion shows, events, and trade shows, working with boutiques.

- Strong presentation skills to present company products to corporations, businesses, fashion shows, or events.
- Light office duties/organization
- Assist in booking fashion shows, T.V. and film, and brand deals
- Communicating with boutiques, designers, fashion brands, and events to set up collaborations
- Working with different pageants with agency collaborations
- Act as a producer for Real TV short films.
- Assist in hiring and managing your sales team
- Follow our proven management system and processes to set and manage goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales ability and results
- Connections in the fashion and entertainment industry
- Some marketing and event coordination experience
- Fashion, modeling, scouting, or agency experience
- Public Speaking and presenting skills
- Must have the flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
This is not a 9 to 5 position.

- Must have initiative.
- Reliable transportation- Must be able to work in Raleigh, NC, with the possibility of traveling to other states.
- Friendly, outgoing, honest, professional, high-energy, team player and dependable
- Must have a laptop computer
- Be an effective networker with solid leadership skills.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and talent agency business.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and all social media platforms.
- Demonstrated capability for cold calling and consistently closing deals .
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Building and maintaining sales pipeline and creating revenue streams
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and build relationships with potential clients in the entertainment industry.
- Execute practical outbound sales activities, including targeted cold calls , email outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Expertly communicate the agency's talent roster, services, and unique value propositions.
- Excel at negotiation and consistently closing deals to secure new contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and fostering solid relationships.
- Use social media to expand the agency's online presence and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.
