Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and having fun while we work. We’re seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Project Manager to join our New Construction Division. In this role, you’ll manage HVAC projects from proposal through completion, balancing technical design, estimating, and field coordination to ensure quality results on every home. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC new construction projects from proposal through final inspection.
• Review blueprints and develop accurate project scopes, estimates, and material takeoffs.
• Design and size HVAC systems using industry best practices (Wrightsoft experience a plus).
• Prepare and present project proposals to builders and stakeholders.
• Order equipment and materials, track lead times, and manage logistics.
• Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee field execution, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Support jobsite quality control and provide technical guidance to field crews.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and milestone tracking.
• Conduct post-project reviews and share lessons learned to improve future performance.

Qualifications:

• Three  3+ years of HVAC project management experience in residential new construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 
• Proven success managing HVAC projects $300K+ in scope.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans.
• Deep understanding of HVAC design principles, local codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficient with Procore and other project management tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
