About The Role
As a Senior Engineer on the Platform services team, you will focus on the most critical system in our stack - our ingestion system. You'll balance enabling our product requirements with working on advancing our platform to collect even more data at an even higher scale. You'll regularly work alongside our Chief Architect to make sure we're ready for future growth.

Resposnibilities
You'll focus on the ingestion system, adding new features, fixing bugs, and improving performance and scalability.
When you're not working on ingest, you'll help the team build the platform that powers the Quantum experience.
Requirements
5+ years of professional C++ experience
Experience with high throughput ingest/data systems
Database knowledge; BigQuery preferred
Cloud computing experience
Compensation: $150,000 - 170,000
Nice to Have:
Experience with golang
Experience with message queues (e.g. kafka, puslar)
Familiarity with GCP and it's products
