Senior Property Accountant job at Solomon Page Austin, TX, US

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Property Accountant for a contracted opportunity with a fantastic real estate company. The ideal candidate will have experience in Yardi, along with month-end reporting experience. This role is onsite, located in Austin, TX and is a 6-week assignment.

Pay Rate: $90,000-95,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Calculate management fees using Excel, based on data pulled from Yardi
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as Yardi experience.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated team player and self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision
