Now Hiring: CDL-A OTR Team Drivers – Earn Up to $127K Per Driver – Pet Friendly – Assigned Trucks
We are hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) team drivers for high-mileage runs across the lower 48. Drive top-tier equipment, earn excellent weekly pay, and enjoy reliable home time every 3 weeks. This position is ideal for pre-formed teams looking for stability, full benefits, and the freedom to bring a pet along for the ride.
Position Highlights:
Average Weekly Miles: 6,000–7,000 per team
Pay Rate: $0.405 per mile per driver ($0.81 per team)
Average Weekly Pay: $2,400–$2,800 per driver
Annual Pay Range: $108,000–$127,000 per driver
Per Diem: Optional
Home Time: 3 weeks out, 3–4 consecutive days at home
Pet Policy: All pets allowed — no breed or size restrictions
Equipment: 2022–2024 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, refrigerator, and assigned trucks (take home during reset)

Driver Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum age: 21
At least 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A experience
Both drivers must reside within 100 miles of each other
CDL must be issued from state of residence
Pre-formed teams only; we do not match solo drivers
No failed or refused DOT drug tests (no SAP participants)
Max 2 DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years (no rollovers or rear-end preventables)
No commercial vehicle moving violations
Max 1 personal vehicle moving violation in the last 3 years
No felonies in the past 7 years; no misdemeanors in the past 3 years
Stable job history: No recent terminations and no more than 6 employers in the past 3 years
