Mobile Crane Operator

**Pay: **$26.00 - $36.00 per hour.

We have housing and transportation if you need to relocate. We provide a full-year contract. Relocation assistance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MOBILE Crane Operator to join our team. The Crane Operator will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and precise operation of a mobile rotating cab crane. This role plays a key part in ensuring that loads are lifted, moved, and placed according to safety regulations and project requirements.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with crew members on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position loads safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily inspections of crane equipment in compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.
• Conduct setup of cranes at job sites, including placing blocks, mats, and outriggers to ensure stability.
• Attach and secure loads with proper rigging and ensure all lifts meet safety standards.
• Follow lift and rigging plans , hand signals, and verbal instructions.
• Keep accurate records of inspections and basic maintenance performed.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety of crane and work area.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure safe job execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• Experience required.
• Certification: Not required but a plus.
• Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Education: High School diploma or GED required (Associate’s in mechanical/electrical field preferred).
